Today we hosted the Chief Executive Officer of the Kosovo Post, Ms. Nora Rraci, together with the First Deputy Minister, Mr. Agon Dobruna.

We discussed how we can use the Kosovo Post network, present in many municipalities, to facilitate citizens’ access to the Ministry’s services and information.

Our goal is simple: citizens should not need to travel far, waste time or face complicated procedures to receive a service that is theirs.

In the coming weeks, we will examine concrete opportunities for cooperation, so that public services are faster, easier and closer to citizens throughout the country.
