Since the first day I took office as Minister, one of my priorities has been to improve the quality of service to citizens.
Initially, we have created and functionalized new communication channels, including official addresses for complaints, requests and information, in order to make it easier for every citizen to contact the Ministry.
In parallel, we have worked to build an institutional culture where citizens have direct, transparent and unhindered access to communicate with the institution.
In function of this commitment, today I signed a decision that defines the standards of communication with citizens in the Ministry of Labor, Family and Values of the Liberation War.
I believe that public administration should be at the service of citizens and that the Ministry functions and exists for them. I want every citizen to be treated with respect.
With this decision, every request, complaint or submission will be registered and citizens will receive a response or information on the status of the case within 10 working days. If a response cannot be provided within this deadline, citizens will be notified of the reasons for the delay and the expected time of completion of the treatment.
