MLFVLW launches the Guide for the Assessment of Needs and Empowerment of Families in the Social Assistance Scheme

Today, the Guide for the Profiling, Assessment of Needs and Continuous Empowerment of Families in the Social Assistance Scheme was launched
The purpose of the Guide is to standardize the way of working, ensure equal treatment, clarify responsibilities and create functional links between the Social Assistance Scheme, Social Work Centers, the Employment Agency, municipalities and other service providers.

The drafting was initiated by the Ministry of Labor, Family and Liberation War Values, respectively by the Department of Social Schemes, within the process of profiling beneficiary families of the Social Assistance Scheme and assessing their needs.

The guide was developed within the framework of the project “Social Justice for Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians in Kosovo”, implemented by Terre des hommes Lausanne in Kosovo, in partnership with the Voice of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians (VoRAE) and Swiss Church Aid (HEKS/EPER), with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
