Adapting policies and priorities to the needs of the labor market in the private sector, the development of human capital and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the labor market in Kosovo were the focus of the meeting of the Minister of Labor, Family and Values of the Liberation War, Mr. Andin Hoti, with the President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lulzim Rafuna, accompanied by Ms. Venera Rexha, Director of the Department of Exporter Services, B2B and Fairs, and Mr. Besim Mustafa, Director of the Department for International Cooperation.
Minister Hoti emphasized the importance of cooperation with the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce in aligning employment and vocational training policies with the needs of the private sector, while both parties pledged to deepen and expand cooperation in areas of common interest and potential for concrete results.
The President of the KCC, Mr. Lulzim Rafuna, presented the work, activities and goals of the Chamber, expressing full readiness to support initiatives in areas of common interest, while appreciating the commitment and work of the Ministry.
