The meeting discussed the ongoing cooperation between the Ministry of Labor, Family and Liberation War Values and Save the Children in the field of child protection, the results achieved and the further strengthening of policies, services and mechanisms for the protection of children’s rights in Kosovo.
The representatives of Save the Children presented the work and contribution of the organization in Kosovo, as well as the three thematic areas of their strategy, emphasizing the importance of partnership with public institutions in addressing the needs and challenges faced by children and families.
Minister Hoti praised the ongoing cooperation between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and Save the Children, emphasizing the importance of institutional coordination and partnership with international and civil society organizations.
At the meeting, it was agreed that cooperation should be strengthened through the definition of concrete priorities and joint planning, while the possibility of its formalization through a joint agreement was also discussed.
The Ministry of MLFVLW of Kosovo remains committed to, together with partners, advancing policies and mechanisms for the protection of children and families and contributing to the creation of a safe, inclusive and dignified environment for every child in Kosovo.
