Today, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Labor, Family and Liberation War Values and the “Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Foundation for Women”, with the aim of economic and social empowerment of women and girls in our country.
This cooperation will create more opportunities for professional training, skills development, career guidance and easier integration of women into the labor market.
Through this memorandum:
free vocational training will be provided according to the real demands of the labor market;
initiatives for the economic empowerment of women will be supported;
greater inclusion of women in socio-economic life will be promoted;
women job seekers will be referred to vocational courses and programs that increase employment opportunities.
As Ministers, we remain committed to creating more opportunities, more support and more prospects for women and families in the Republic of Kosovo through concrete partnerships.
