Today I established the Working Group for the drafting of the Vulnerable Consumer Protection Program for the period 2026–2027.
Through this program, the criteria, procedures and mechanisms necessary for the design and implementation of measures in support of vulnerable consumers will be drafted, in accordance with the legislation in force and relevant standards.
The Ministry of Labor, Family and Liberation War Values aims to build sustainable policies that protect the most vulnerable citizens and guarantee fairer access to services and institutional support.
