Today we have published the Public Call for the Provision of Skills Development Programs for Social Assistance Program Beneficiaries, in order to facilitate their integration into the labor market.
Our goal is clear, to create real opportunities for citizens capable of work to acquire a profession, to get employed and to build a more secure future for their families.
During the implementation of the Social Assistance Reform Project, we have identified that a portion of beneficiaries need further development of professional skills and training programs adapted to the demands of the labor market.
The trainings will be organized in professions that are actually in demand in the labor market, in all seven regions of Kosovo. They will contain at least 200 hours of theoretical and practical training, professional certification, as well as concrete support for employment.
I invite all non-public training providers, accredited by the National Qualifications Authority or by international accreditation institutions, to apply by 7 August 2026, at 16:00.
This reform creates a different approach of the state to social protection. From support just to get by the month, to creating opportunities to build their future.
