Public Communication Division

The mission of the Public Communication Division shall be to take action in presenting to the largest extent the objective policies and activities of the Ministry to the public.

The duties and responsibilities of the Public Communication Division shall be:

  • Drafting and ensuring the implementation of communication plans of the Ministry;
  • Informing and promoting the Ministry’s activity and business in the public spectrum;
  • Maintaining the official website and official social networks of the Ministry;
  • Organizing press conferences and preparing press releases, statements, communications, reports and other media publications;
  • Providing professional support to Ministry staff in the area of communication and information in media presentations; and
  • Preparing, distributing and archiving photos and audio-visual materials of the Ministry’s major activities.

The Head of the Public Communication Division shall report to the Secretary General.
