The Ministry of Labor, Family, and Values of the Liberation War, through the Social Assistance System Reform Project in Kosovo, invites non-public providers (companies and NGOs)—duly registered and with a profile in the field of employment and vocational training—to apply for the provision of employment and training services for social assistance beneficiaries.
The objective of this call is to facilitate the employment of beneficiaries of the Reformed Social Assistance Scheme. The contracting of providers will be carried out in accordance with the established procurement procedures of the World Bank.
The Social Assistance System (SAS) Reform Project Coordination Unit, operating under the Ministry, will organize information sessions for all potential and interested applicants.
The call opened on 26 October 2026, and will remain open for 20 working days.
