The approval of 180.5 million euros under the IPA 2026 and IPA 2027 programs by the European Union is extraordinary news for the Republic of Kosovo.
For the Ministry of Labor, Family and Liberation War Values, the investment of 31.8 million euros in competitiveness, education and employment is of particular importance.
At the heart of this investment is the Youth Guarantee Scheme, one of the most important reforms we are implementing.
Our goal is clear: every young person in Kosovo should have the opportunity, within a short period of time after leaving school or becoming unemployed, to be involved in employment, education, vocational training or work practice.
This funding is evidence of confidence in the reforms we are undertaking and in our vision for the development of the country.
On this occasion, I thank the European Union for its continued support in empowering young people, developing education and advancing employment opportunities in the Republic of Kosovo.
