Today I approved two more Administrative Instructions in the field of social and family services
✅️ Administrative Instruction on determining the minimum conditions for the establishment of social service institutions
✅️ Administrative Instruction on the procedure for granting, renewing, suspending and obtaining a license for social and family service providers
These instructions establish clearer rules for the establishment and functioning of public institutions, non-governmental organizations and private institutions that provide social and family services.
This is an important step in the implementation of the Law on Social and Family Services and in guaranteeing better quality, safer and uniform services for citizens.
