The Minister of the Ministry of Labor, Family and Liberation War Values, Mr. Andin Hoti, participated in the forum “Transforming care systems for an inclusive, sustainable and equitable economy”, organized by UN Women within the framework of the TransformCare initiative, funded by the Government of the United Kingdom.
Minister Andin Hoti, among other things, emphasized the institutional commitment to women’s empowerment and sustainable social development.
In addition to legislative reforms and the implementation of laws in force to guarantee the fundamental rights of workers, including social protection, dignified working conditions and economic security, the Minister emphasized that, through concrete policies, the goal remains clear: increasing women’s participation in the labor market and reducing the burden of unpaid care.
