The Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers is responsible for policies in the labor field. In this aspect, the Ministry is entitled to establish and supervise the implementation of policies in three key areas, labor rights, social dialogue and safety and health at work. The supervision of the implementation of these policies is done mainly through the Labor Inspectorate, which functions as an executive body within the Ministry.
